Hey there - I’m KeLsy

I’m the mother of three incredible children, widow to Heath, founder of BLOOM events for women, and the author of “The Husband on Loan from Heaven.”

I’m here to share my story of not only surviving, but thriving, even through life’s toughest storms.

After Iosing my husband unexpectedly, I found myself navigating the chaos of widowhood and becoming a solo parent, It hasn’t been easy, but every twist and turn has Ied me to discover a deeper understanding of Iove, Iife, and spirituality.

After Heath’s sudden passing in 2021, I found myself on a journey filled with nudges and moments that made me feel like he is still cheering me on from above. You know those times that make you go, “Wait a minute…is that a sign from them?”

Yep, I started seeing signs everywhere! Angel wings in the sky, a rainbow over our house, a song on the radio, rocks and shells shaped like hearts, the perfect memory popping into my head at just the right time—each one a reminder that love transcends even the toughest circumstances.

“the Husband on Loan from Heaven”

The pain of losing Heath feels like a constant companion, a heavy weight that often surfaces amid the chaos of daily life. As a mother, a business owner with BLOOM, and now an author navigating the complexities of writing a book, I often find myself juggling a million responsibilities while trying to carve out time for self-care, family and my new love.

Amidst the delightful chaos of motherhood and the struggles of balancing it all, writing this book has become my sanctuary—a way to pour out my grief, memories, and love onto the page.

It’s my safe space where I can reflect, heal, and even find moments of happiness, reminding me that even in the midst of life’s storms, I can still bloom.

The Path That has shaped My Story

By Loving On Ourselves More,

we BLOOM

In 2015, after having spent over a year searching for a diagnosis to our teenage daughter's mystery illness (which we now know was Lyme Disease) and almost 100 doctor visits to over 27 specialists across our state, I needed to search for MYSELF again. The once happy, inspired, motivated Kelsy had gotten lost in the painful, stressful process. I created my first conference for women and called it BLOOM (By Loving On Ourselves More, we BLOOM) because I realized that, as my daughter was slowly recovering, it was my time to bloom again.
