Growing up, Sailaja was a voracious reader. From Leo the Lop to Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Amelia Bedelia, she loved every book she read. If you were to ask her today what her favorite book is, she'd likely say either the Harry Potter series OR The Tao of Pooh. It really depends on the day.
Sailaja has been a passionate volunteer in the Hindu Youth community for over twenty years and is an accomplished academic with degrees from Northeastern University, Harvard University, and Simmons College. She has also worked with multiple startups, helping them to refine their brand identity and develop their marketing communications. Her unique set of skills and experience help to her to drive Bharat Babies forward. Her ambition is to have Bharat Babies be an active participant in the field of multicultural children’s literature, moving forward with the belief that we need diverse kids lit for a diverse world. When she's not working to change the face of children's publishing, she can be founded hanging with her two adorable children at the park or at circus class (really, that's a thing).

Vanessa is a 30-year-old Massachusetts resident and an award-winning entrepreneur named by Boston Business Journal “40 under 40”, El Mundo Boston “30 under 30” and “25 Most Successful Latinos” by Candela Magazine. Vanessa started her first company at age 15 and has held a successful career as a Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officers in Boston for over a decade.

With experience serving growing, industry leading companies specializing in talent management, budgets, and operations. Megan lived in Switzerland, France, Thailand, Egypt and Seattle, before pursuing her bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science. Megan also studied at the American University of Paris, and spent 20 years as a recruiting manager for companies like Microsoft and Digitas in Seattle, Germany, and New York City. After relocating to Cohasset, MA, Megan shifted her attention to Everybody Water where she applies her consulting skills to secure business partnerships, and also manages strategy and operations. Between traveling for clean water projects and spending time with her husband, daughters, and their Bernese Mountain dog, Lexi, Megan serves as a mentor for EmpowerHER—a nonprofit organization that provides support for girls who lost their mother at an early age.

HeHe is also the creator of The Birth Lounge online community for new and expecting moms. She is dedicated to helping women take control of their birth and avoid birth trauma.
As a Maternity Concierge service, she helps women navigate prenatal education, labor support, and preparing for postpartum to help their families balance all the puzzle pieces of having a baby. She’s a Family Life Educator, as well, and transitioning to becoming a larger family and navigating parenthood is her jam! Her services extend through potty training!
She is also the host of the Tranquility Tribe Podcast which has 14,000+ listeners in over 26 countries. The show often features leading experts in the pregnancy, women's health, and child arena so you can stay up to date on what’s happening in the world you’re living in right now.
